Booking deposit and cancellation policy

Bookings and Deposit policy

A 30 % deposit is required to confirm your booking within 7 days of written confirmation, otherwise the booking will be taken as a provisional only, with the possible inability to reinstate the reservation.After confirmation 30% deposit has been paid and booking is taken as confirmed

One calendar month prior to the commencement of the safari- 70% of total safari cost is paid

The above is at the discretion of Mosu safari Tours (Pty) ltd

Special requirements and insurance

Clients should be fully covered by their insurance and details should be forwarded at least 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the safari

Any medical conditions should be mentioned

TERMS & CONDITIONS

CANCELATIONS

All cancelations should be made in writing and will only deemed effective upon acknowledged receipt by Mosu Safari Tours

Cancellation will be subject to the following penalties

60 days or more prior to commencement: Forfeit 20%

Less than 60 Days prior to commencement: Forfeit 50% of the package price

Less than 30 Days prior to commencement: Forfeit 100 % of the package price


CHILDREN

Children are  welcome on our safaris from 2 -7 years we give 25% discount

Children are  welcome on our safaris from 8 -12 years we give 35% discount
