| Bookings and Deposit policy |
A 30 % deposit is required to confirm your booking within 10 days of written confirmation, otherwise the booking will be taken as a provisional only. |
Full payment must be made two calendar months prior to the departure of the safari-otherwise booking will be deemed as cancelled and deposit forfeited |

| Cancellation policy |
After confirmation 30% deposit has been paid and booking is taken as confirmed |
One calendar month prior to the commencement of the safari- 70% of total cost is forfeited |
6 weeks prior to commencing of safari- total safari cost is forfeited |

| Special requirements and insurance |
Clients should be fully covered by their insurance and details should be forwarded at least 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the safari |
Any medical conditions should be mentioned |
The ‘GUEST’ sheet must be completed in full and returned at least 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the safari |

- Please note: rates are subject to Government VAT 10%
|
- This trip requires a valid passport and for certain nationalities, a visa for Zambia and Botswana and entering South Africa. Approx. $ 60 per person
|
- Seasonal malaria precautions are necessary and are locally obtainable.
|
- A barrel bag or internal frame backpack is best suited for this trip (suitcases do not fit into the space provided). Taking an extra tog bag or camera bag is advisable. We advice you take a maximum of 10kgs
|
- Spending money will be required for the restaurant meals, drinks, visas, tips, curios, (Zambia airport tax US30-00 if applicable - subject to change), airport transfer for flying clients only, and any other optional excursions you may wish to go on.

- Currency preferred for the safari- Euro, British Pound and USD. All this currencies can be changed into BWP PULA (Botswana currency)

- All trips are accompanied by a professional guide for optimum efficiency and catering for a maximum of 10 people per vehicle.
